Velateamlinkr is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides team collaboration, project management, and productivity tools. The Service is accessible via web browsers and may include additional mobile applications.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and increased usage limits as described on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel a paid subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of velateamlinkr.live. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, velateamlinkr.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
